We had the honor of photographing Megan and Trevor's wedding. Mark and I had a blast with them, their wedding party and their families! Their wedding took place in May on Carillon Beach, Florida. Here are some favorites. Enjoy! Jeannie
We will be posting a link to their wedding soon! You'll find it here on our blog, as well as our website.
Here is an image from Ashley's senior session. We submitted this to our local professional photographer's guild, for print competition and won. The very next day, Mark made an appearance on TV to speak about it and about our local professional photographer's guild, called W.A.P.P.A. (Wiregrass Area Professional Photographers Association). Ashley looks like a greek goddess...Let us know what you think! Jeannie
Check this out! This session went on into the night. We just photographed her this week....yep, downtown Dothan. Melissa and her Mother allowed us to use our talent to create amazing images for them....let us know what you think! Jeannie
Here's one of our favorites- this image was created on the steps in the foyer of the fellowship hall of the Church of the Nativity. She could double for Barbara Eden from "I Dream of Jeannie!" Let us know what you think!
Mark has the ability to create an elegant, beautiful image as well as produce one with edge and mystery, all from the same subject.
Keisha is so beautiful! And up for adventure! This was taken in the foyer of the Church of the Nativity in downtown Dothan, back in May. We call this one "Straight Laced". Enjoy! Jeannie
We photographed Robyn's bridal session back in April (yes, we know we're behind on the blog). We took her to the downtown area here in Dothan. What's really cool is when our brides and their Mothers let us choose the locations and let us create images for them. This is one of our favorites. Mark has such an amazing ability to take a good image, put his "mojo" on it, and make it an incredible piece of art. Check this out!
Dalton is a local teen who started a "green" project to help Habitat For Humanity, and to earn an Eagle Scout Badge. Over the past few months, you may have seen signs with a message saying, "bring in your old jeans". Odd as it may seem, Dalton was collecting them to have them stripped of any metal pieces, and then shredded into bits to be used as insulation for the new construction of a local Habitat for Humanity house this August.I had no idea jeans could be used for such! Jeans were originally designed for cowboys to have durable pants that would keep them cool during summer and warm in the winter. (My ancestor, Eliza Lucas Pinckney, brought the plant that produces the color indigo back from England. Indigo is the deep blue color we see in blue jeans.)
Phillip is traveling the country with the Drum Core International group this summer! Only the best of the best are accepted into this elete group. They will perform at various cities throughout the states. I think he said they have a performance almost everyday! Mark and I had the privilege of photographing him a few weeks ago. Check out his slideshow and let us know what you think! You can learn more about the DCI on www.dci.org. It is absolutely amazing! I know his parents are proud!
I would have to say that Adam and Jordan were one of the most fun couples we had photographed in a while. We really strive to put our couples at ease so they can relax and have fun with us, and be themselves. It's obvious they are in love and enjoy each other.....can't wait to photograph them again! And check out Jordan's eyes! Isn't she beautiful?!
We photographed Ashley at our Gallery a few weeks ago....she's 6ft tall, gorgeous, full of personality...a little funky, and lots of fun! When she put on her stiletto heels, she towered over Mark and I.....yep, we're short people. Let us know what you think!
